for Family

For over
10 years now
I've sat
summer after summer
on the sidelines
and watched
this man
my man
play ball.

Not one championship
game
season
or even all of them
combined
comes close
to the joy
of watching
him
play with
them.

My Family
Our Family

From the moment
we first met

to now

and every moment

in between

it has all been
ohhh sooo
worth it!

for Family

They are growing
so fast now
as fast as
the cars they play
together
in the window sill.

We are growing

as a family.
