10 years now
I've sat
summer after summer
on the sidelines
and watched
this man

play ball.
Not one championship
game
season
or even all of them
combined
comes close
to the joy
of watching
him
play with
them.

worth it!

the cars they play
together
in the window sill.
We are growing
together
as a family.

the dirty dishes
the laundry
and all the other
"to-do's" sit
cuz sometimes
you just gotta
make the time
for family.

Oh, love their little faces!! Mostly, I love your face as you are looking at him in the pool. You just can't put a mother's love into words, but you sort of can into an expression. Love their matching outfits and the pirate shirt!!
